Alcohol Addiction Treatment
More Americans struggle with alcohol than any other substance, according to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Since the drug is legal and widely available, long-term recovery can be challenging. That’s why we approach treatment with real-life in mind. Not only do we help clients through the difficult detox phase, but through our rehab and outpatient programs, we also teach strategies for managing stress, social situations and other scenarios to more confidently manage life beyond treatment.
Heroin Addiction Treatment
Opioid addiction can feel overwhelming. Many clients find that they need to enter treatment more than once to fully recover. We understand that every person finds recovery on a different path, and at a different pace. That’s why we let clients recover in the time they need, not according to a predetermined schedule. We also offer a wide variety of evidence-based treatment methods for opioid addiction, including Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) under the supervision of our medical director.
Benzodiazepine Addiction Treatment
Many doctors prescribe benzodiazepines, but these short-term medications can quickly become highly addictive. Our treatment for this class of drugs, which includes Xanax, Valium, Klonopin and other anti-anxiety medications, starts with detox but goes much further. We also help clients develop plans for the next steps in recovery, whether that means outpatient treatment, aftercare, or a recovery residence.
Cocaine Addiction Treatment
We offer comprehensive detox and rehab services for cocaine addiction, including the tools and education to avoid relapse in the future. This includes anger management, stress management, and healthy coping mechanisms to avoid unhealthy relationships. By focusing on lifelong recovery, we ensure our clients leave treatment with the confidence to rebuild a healthy, fulfilling life without cocaine or other recreational drugs.
A dual diagnosis refers to having a separate mental health or behavioral health diagnosis in addition to a primary substance use diagnosis. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, nearly half of people who suffer from mental health disorders will also struggle with substance use, and vice-versa. We understand that clients need separate, dedicated treatment for mental health issues like anxiety, depression or trauma to fully overcome a substance use disorder. At Endeavor House North, we give clients the tools to seek more comprehensive mental health treatment after completing drug detox or rehab.
