Endeavor House North (EHN) in Kearny is our most intensive level of care. The facility houses both our detoxification and our short term rehabilitation programs.

Endeavor House South (EHS) facilitates longer term rehabilitation at our smaller facility in Keyport.

• You will begin your day at 8am and end at 11pm, with breaks
  for meals and free time in the mid-afternoon when you can
  work on individual written assignments.
  
  
• Psychotherapy group topics include, the Disease Concept of Addiction, Identifying Coping Skills, Shame & Guilt and
  Anger & Resentment.
  
  
• You will be assigned an individual counselor who will direct
  your treatment and provide both individual and family
  therapies. You will also attend one hour of Relapse
  Prevention group daily.
  
  
• Educational or didactic groups are also offered during the day. These group topics include Spirituality & Recovery, 12 Step Philosophy, Nutrition & Self-Care in Recovery and Stress Management.
  
  
• You will attend in-house meetings where sponsors and speakers come to our facilities and provide additional support for your early recovery. Meetings include Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
  
  
• A clinical and medical recommendation for your treatment will be made based on your prior treatment and substance abuse history. Lengths of stay vary and range from 7 to 90 days, based on the recommendation of the clinical team.
  
  
• You can remain at EHN for up to 30 days or start your treatment at EHN and transfer to EHS for a longer treatment experience.
  
  
• Art therapy, music therapy, recreational experiences, yoga classes and nutritional counseling are all a part of the rehabilitation treatment experience at Endeavor House.
