To make your stay as comfortable as possible Endeavor House the following is a list of what to bring items.

Items Required for admission:

• Photo ID
• Valid Credit Card
• Insurance Card
• Prescription Card (if applicable)
• $150 money order for pharmacy co-pays, prepaid Visa, or valid Credit Card (NO American Express)

Toiletries: (Must be non-aerosol)

Basic essentials including shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, body wash etc.

Clothing:

Approximately 1 week of comfortable clothing, pajamas, slippers, and comfortable shoes. Please ensure that clothing is appropriate for the season and not revealing. Clothing with drug and alcohol logos or slogans is not permitted. Swimsuits are appropriate during the summer months.

Other Items:

• Liquid laundry detergent
• 2 rolls quarters (for laundry)
• Washcloth
• All medications in their original bottles
• Up to 2 cartons of cigarettes permitted
• Notebook/Pen.

Optional items:

• NA/AA recovery reading materials or religious reading
• Advanced Directive/Living Will
• Stationary and stamps to write letters
• Hard candy (individually wrapped)

Do not bring:

• Cell Phones
• IPOD’s
• Laptops
• Cameras
• MP3 players
• TV’s
• Alcohol, drugs
• Lighters
• Weapons
• Cash
• Cologne
• Mouthwash
• Curling irons or flat irons
• Non-Recovery reading materials
• Magazines

Please note Endeavor House will provide you with all linens: (with the exception of washcloths): Bedding, pillows, towels, blankets, comforters.
