Joseph L. Pritchard, VP Residential Treatment Division
Joe joined Pinnacle in 2011 with over 30 years of experience in the substance abuse treatment field, most recently as Vice President of Midwest Operations for CRC Health Group, Inc. where he was responsible for outpatient treatment services, opiate treatment programs and residential treatment facilities in 11 states representing over 16,000 patients. He has extensive experience in the development and integration of best practice systems/initiatives within an array of settings. In addition to his duties as VP of the Residential Treatment Division, Joe is also acting Executive Director of Endeavor House, Keyport, NJ. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University and his PhD in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
Cory Alfano, MA, LPC, LCADC, NCC
Clinical Director
Cory possesses nearly 20 years of experience working in the fields of substance abuse and mental health treatment. In addition to her substance abuse and addictions work, she has extensive experience working in crisis intervention and trauma counseling including work with 9/11 first responders and returning military personnel. Cory received her graduate degree from Seton Hall University
Susan DiGraitis
Corporate Human Resources Director
Susan joined Endeavor House in February, 2011. She comes to us with 20 years of human resources experience in both the public and private sector. In addition to her role at Endeavor House, Susan heads up the HR function for our parent company, Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc.
Erin Giamongo, RN
Nurse Coordinator
Erin is a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey and New York. She joined the Endeavor House Team in March of 2010 and was promoted to Nurse Coordinator in August 2011. Erin is a graduate of Bergen County Community College. She comes to us from Hackensack University Medical Center where for 8 years she gained extensive experience in the Medical Surgical, Psychiatric and Emergency Trauma Departments.
Christopher Johnston, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Johnston joined Endeavor House in 2011. He is the Medical Director for all of the Endeavor House facilities. He also serves as the New Jersey Medical Director for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Johnston is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and he brings with him many years of experience providing care to New Jersey patients recovering from drug and alcohol problems.
Michelle Miller
Compliance & Privacy Officer
Michelle joined Endeavor House in 2011 and serves as our Compliance & Privacy Officer. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience in substance abuse treatment and mental health services. She brings a working knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance and accreditation preparedness. In addition to this role, Michelle serves as Pinnacle Treatment Center’s Quality Improvement Director. Michelle is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
Abha Shah
Controller
Abha joined Endeavor House with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Prior to joining Endeavor House, she worked as the Controller at Summit Oaks Hospital, a behavioral healthcare organization. Abha’s background also includes financial positions in the information technologies industry. She received her Bachelor’s degree in India, later pursuing a CPA education program in the United States.
